ABINAO 85%
The Abinao chocolate bar from Valrhona is created from a blend of Forastero cocoa beans from Africa. A fine, bitter chocolate with powerful, tannic, lingering intensity. Highly-sophisticated dark chocolate with empowering and intense aroma,emphasizes a specific bitterness and exceptional long-lasting flavors.

GUANAJA 70%
Made with a blend of the finest cocoa beans from South America. 
Develops extraordinary bitterness,revealing a whole aromatic range of warm notes while unveiling, flowery notes and an intense flavor that is exceptionally long-ling.

ALPACO 66%
Single Origin Ecuador.
Combining strength and sophistication with delicate floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, intimately and intricately intertwined with deep cocoa notes.

CARAÏBE 66%
Made of the finest cocoa beans from small plantations in the Caribbean islands.
Aromatic with a long finish, its fruity and barely sweet taste reveals the delicate flavors of almonds and roasted coffee.

TAINORI 64%
A 64% dark chocolate made from beans from the Dominican Republic.
Fresh yellow fruit aromas followed by notes of roasted dried fruit reminiscent of freshly baked bread.

MANJARI 64%
Single Origin Madagascar.liberates acidulous notes of red and dried fruits. Heavenly acidulous red fruit and dried-fruit hints. 

JIVARA 40%
The Valrhona Jivara is created using Nacional cocoa, a Forastero-type cocoa from Ecuador
 It's distinctive flavor, both mild and chocolatey, unveils notes of caramel and vanilla enhanced with a touch of malt.

TANARIVA 33%
Expresses balance of acidulous flavors, softened by pronounced milky caramel notes.
The light colors with bronze nuances of this delectable milk chocolate are very typical of Madagascar, where it is sourced.
