The placed order shall not be canceled or modified without a valid reason. The recipient must check the merchandise upon delivery before sign-off. If situations of mismatch delivery, quantity discrepancy, or item defectiveness are encountered, please contact the customer service within 3 days from delivery date along with order name, order number, contact number, merchandise name, return reasons and photos. Customer service staff would assist with a refund or merchandise exchange.
Before proceeding with a refund or merchandise exchange, we will check and review the returned item. The returned item fulfilling below terms would be successfully proceeded.
Return and Exchange Terms
The returned item mush be unused and without manual-induced defacer, damages or defectiveness.
Original packaging must be conserved.
If there are promotional gifts or add-ons that came along with the returned item, the gifts and add-ons must be returned together.
Non-retun, and non-refundable cases include:
Return request sent after 3 days from delivery date.
Incomplete or damaged packaging, incomplete product accessories, used item, with manually-induced defacer, damages or defectiveness.
Any specially discounted items that are shown to be nonreturnable.
Any free gifts, accessories stand-alone, tester gifts.
No found sales record, or a second (or above) return.
Return Procedures
Contact customer service → obtain a refund/merchandise exchange confirmation → prepare the complete item (including accessories) → provide item collection availability and contacts/address → wait for item collection by our appointed courier
Refund Terms
Credit card payment: Upon a successful return, the amount would be returned to the original payment credit card account.
Other payment methods: Upon a successful return, the amount would be returned to your bank account provided.
*In the event of any dispute, Maxi House’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
